BH-85 Full servo positive and negative pressure multi-station thermoforming machines

BH8575 Positive-Negative Pressure High-Speed Thermoforming Machine is a new model independently developed by our company, integrating world-advanced thermoforming equipment technology. It is suitable for producing plastic products made of PP, PET, HIPS, PVC, PLA, corn starch, etc., and is widely used for disposable plastic products such as fast food boxes, fruit boxes, bowls, cup lids, bakery boxes, hardware and electronic industrial packaging products, food bowls, frozen food packaging boxes, medical packaging, and chain restaurant takeout boxes. It features good compatibility with molds from mainstream domestic and international equipment manufacturers.

All stations of the machine adopt motion control combined with electronic cams and servo-driven sheet feeding, servo forming, servo auxiliary stretching, servo punching, servo stacking and counting, and are fully automated via electromechanical and pneumatic integration. The whole machine has a compact structure, a 15-inch touch screen (industrial PC computer operating system), and the control screen is rotatable for operation. The control cabinet is designed for an ambient temperature of up to 50°C. The machine is equipped with an interior lighting lamp for easy product inspection. It offers a large storage capacity, capable of storing 9999 sets of setting data internally.

1. Frame:
All made of national standard rectangular steel tubes, standard square tubes, and Q235-A cold-rolled steel plates welded together to improve the stability of equipment operation.

2. Precision guide rail chain sheet feeding device:
a. Adopts a newly designed water-cooled sheet material conveying track, with integrated die-cast aluminum guide rails that undergo anodizing treatment. After treatment, the hardness reaches HV700. The chain has a low friction coefficient, high sheet conveying accuracy, and is durable.
b. The sheet feeding drive motor adopts the new Delta Taiwan A2 series servo motor, equipped with a domestically customized reducer.

3. Plastic sheet heating furnace (electric oven):
a. New oven design: adopts an aluminum profile oven frame, light weight, fast heat dissipation, easy installation and maintenance.
b. Oven structure: heated four times the maximum forming area, point-to-point temperature control in the upper and lower zones at single magnification. Square heating tiles are arranged. The total length of the upper and lower ovens is 2.68 meters. It can better control the temperature according to each point and zone, ensuring uniform sheet heating, good plasticizing effect, and improving product quality.
c. Uses a combination of heating elements manufactured in China and Germany.
d. A heat insulation plate is installed at the sheet feeding inlet of the heating zone. The heating ratio can be adjusted according to the size of the product mold, reducing energy consumption.
e. The entire oven can be adjusted back and forth in the sheet direction according to the mold size to the mold edge, reducing energy waste.

4. Forming station configuration:
a. The forming drive device adopts the new Delta Taiwan A2 series servo drive, equipped with a domestically customized reducer, high efficiency, good starting performance. Forming parameters can be directly controlled by adjusting the rotation position angle of the servo motor.
b. Quick mold installation mechanism with定向定位槽 (positioning and orientation slots), making complex changeover and adjustment operations simple. The clamping of steel rule heated molds adopts a combination of pneumatic and mechanical methods, suitable for use with different types of molds.
c. Auxiliary stretching mechanism, also driven by a new Delta Taiwan A2 series servo motor, plays a decisive role in product quality for relatively thick sheets and products with deep cavities.
d. Height adjustment device for the upper forming platen closing position, can be operated directly via the screen inching, and equipped with a motor thermal protection device to prevent overload protection due to misoperation.

5. Punching station (optional):
This station can be selected according to product requirements. Most products do not require this station. Please consult the manufacturer for the selection of this station to avoid unnecessary costs.

6. Cutting station configuration:
a. The cutting drive device also adopts the new Delta Taiwan A2 series high-power servo drive, equipped with a domestically customized reducer, stable transmission, strong overload capacity, and precise positioning.
b. Height adjustment device for the cutting platen, can be operated directly via screen inching, and equipped with a motor thermal protection device to prevent overload protection due to misoperation.
c. The steel rule mold is equipped with a heating device that can heat the laser-cut blade, making the cutting process easier, reducing burrs, and protecting the blade.

7. Automatic stacking, counting, and conveying integrated station device:
a. Stacking and counting are driven by a new Delta Taiwan A2 series servo motor. The aluminum alloy profile conveyor frame conforms to ergonomic operation.
b. The conveying method uses a variable frequency speed-regulated geared motor, allowing adjustment of the conveying speed to ensure stable stack height during transport.

8. Sheet uncoiling stand (material loading rack):
The material loading rack is driven by a geared motor. The sheet feeding is controlled by an infrared sensor switch with adjustable height, ensuring that the sheet sag does not contact secondary contaminants, thus guaranteeing product quality. Maximum sheet roll diameter: 1200 mm, maximum width: 900 mm. Equipped with a pneumatic loading device for easy operation.

9. Scrap edge rewinding stand:
Independent scrap edge rewinding stand, using a speed-regulated pneumatic motor reducer to rewind scrap. A simple rewinding shaft makes operation easy and reduces labor intensity.
