Wet recycled materials can be directly processed without pre-drying, perfectly fitting the production conditions of small overseas recycling workshops.
• Energy-saving & stable performance: Equipped with nitrided wear-resistant screw and barrel plus permanent magnet variable frequency motors, the whole machine cuts energy consumption by 15%–20% compared with ordinary models, while plasticizing uniformity and discharging stability are greatly improved. Fitted with non-stop hydraulic screen changers and two-stage high vacuum degassing systems, the equipment thoroughly removes moisture and volatile impurities from molten plastic. The finished recycled pellets feature smooth surface and stable quality, which can be reused to produce plastic pipes, packaging films, injection molded daily goods and industrial plastic profiles.
• Intelligent control & customizable configuration: A centralized PLC control system is adopted to support real-time operating data viewing and remote fault diagnosis.
